Quality Assurance

Jingjiang Ruiyi Import And Export Co., Ltd. will follow the warranty policy listed below. The new attachments' warranty period is 12 months or 2000 working hours after delivery to the first recipient, whatever occurs first.

Warranty Certificate

All Forklift Attachment warrants as follows

1Warranty Period

Twelve (12) months or Two thousand (2000) hours of use following the date of shipment at the port of shipment of purchased products, whichever expires first. If the Contract has other agreements, it will be operated according to the Signature Contract Details.

2Limitations of Guaranty

The exported products need to replace the components freely must provide the following data:

  • The damaged components drawing clearly.
  • The related written data about the damaged process and reasons with the signature.
  • After confirmed by our company, the damaged components will be changed in the range of "sub-subcontract" freely.
  • JINGJIANG SHENLI does not pay travel time for field repairs expert for the serious quality problems that the dealer really can't resolve them, and we don't burden the oversea work service cost.
  • In the warranty period if there is a major quality problems, which can not be resolved after the repair through the customer, we will send someone to check and repair, all costs borne by ourselves.

3Exclusions

Overtime of Warranty:Overtime of the Warranty Time, Dissatisfy with the Warrant Terms.
Improper Use:Failure to observe the instructions described in Operation & Maintenance Manuals published by JINGJIANG RUIYI, including carelessness and abusive use, overloading and insufficient or improper maintenance.
Operating Skill:Lack of operating skill of the operator, Improper operation, and some force majeures such as accidents or natural disasters.
Unauthorized Alterations:Any alterations, changes or modifications without prior written consent by JINGJIANG SHENLI.
Unauthorized Parts:Use of unauthorized replacement Parts of components.
Unauthorized Service:Service performed by anyone other than JJCC authorized servicing representatives.
External Damage:Any other kind of misuse or detrimental exposure, including collision or accident.
Minor Adjustments:Replacement of parts or assemblies which can be repaired by minor adjustments.

4Consumable Parts Not Covered

Oils & Filters:Oil, grease, fuel, antifreeze, electrolyte etc.
Other Consumable Parts:Tires, tubes, roller, valve, grease fitting and so on.

5Indirect Losses

We just warrants to our products, we don't pay any obligations to the indirect waste, such as: lockout cost, Extra cost, and loss of reputation, etc.
